Very good except the floor plans
Housekeeping leaves much to be desired.Not good, if I can write my name in the dust of cupboard shelves. Funny enough, I made the same observation at another Kempinski hotel in Berlin two weeks ago. There was a half exposed ceiling spot in my bathroom with wires sticking out, which is dangerous. Furthermore I do not expect plastic shower curtains at a "5 star" hotel. Service is a little slow at times and I do not expect to be charged for parking as a hotel guest. Considering it is in the middle of nowhere and 8 miles from the center of Frankfurt, not worth the money.

Seeing that there was no screens on the windows I ended up with a lot of insects and moths in the room. There was a large group staying at the hotel and they did not cater for staff in their restaurant in the morning for breakfast. There was only 1 poor lad that was serving aproximately people. It took forever to have the buffet section at both breakfast and dinner sittings to be refilled. Parents with a special needs child have to worry about more things, one of them being what is going to happen when their child becomes an adult. The Next Gen® suite allows parents to give their child a sense of independence in a space where they know they are safe and close to them.

I found that staff were a little less attentive than I would have expected for the Kempinski. Small requests were not done for example I had requested that I have a top sheet placed on my bed as the rooms were extremely warm. It had not been done when I arrived back that evening so I called and housekeeping sent up a young man who just handed me the 2 quilt covers and left. The rooms were hot due to the air conditioning only being on heating, so I called to see if this could be rectified and I was told that I should just open the windows...

The other part...When you take the S Bahn to the stadium...You have about a 15 minute walk....but there are plenty of places to buy a cheap bier, wurst, etc, and mix with fans. O'Reilly's was jammed when I was there and hard to get food (not that good, expensive, but maybe I just don't like that Irish Pub type food, much better food in the surrounding area). Also, your game ticket also includes your transport to and from the game on the S-Bahn, just fyi.
