There was a half exposed ceiling spot in my bathroom with wires sticking out, which is dangerous. Furthermore I do not expect plastic shower curtains at a "5 star" hotel. Service is a little slow at times and I do not expect to be charged for parking as a hotel guest. Considering it is in the middle of nowhere and 8 miles from the center of Frankfurt, not worth the money.

For your upcoming stay we recommend the Deluxe or Grand Deluxe category as these rooms are located closer to the lobby. The breakfast was OK but the dinner menus in the hotel were limited. The hotel is not located at the most convenient location but still manageable to reach with taxi. Old Sachsenhausen is where a lot of people go after the game.

Seeing that there was no screens on the windows I ended up with a lot of insects and moths in the room. There was a large group staying at the hotel and they did not cater for staff in their restaurant in the morning for breakfast. There was only 1 poor lad that was serving aproximately people. It took forever to have the buffet section at both breakfast and dinner sittings to be refilled. The rooms were hot due to the air conditioning only being on heating, so I called to see if this could be rectified and I was told that I should just open the windows...
